Most of my listening is at very low volumes during my work-from-home days. I find this amp sounds more “open” at low volumes than my previous amp, the GFA-535-II. My only beef is that I would prefer the power switch to be on front like it was on the 535. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was quick.

we do not recommended to use the GFA-6002 amp to drive 4 ohm speakers in bridge mode as it will overheat. Use 6-8 ohms.

I pair the GFA-6002 with an Adcom GFP-565 and I am very happy. For those without a GFP-565, I have paired the GFA-6002 with a Little Bear P5 (with audio grade tubes installed) and it sounds fantastic. I also have an older generation Adcom GFA-545; the GFA-6002 sounds better.
